CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective: July 2025
By claiming and redeeming an offer through the Cache Code program by Treasure Trove Toronto, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
- You must be a resident of Ontario, Canada.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for prize draws.
- Only one person may use each claimed offer and QR code.
2. How the Program Works
- You can claim offers by submitting your name, email, and phone number on the Treasure Trove Toronto website.
- After claiming, you’ll receive a unique QR code and offer details by email.
- To redeem, visit the participating business in person and present your QR code.
- Staff will verify your code using a private 4-digit location code.
- Each successful redemption earns one entry into the monthly prize draw.
3. Offer Validity
- Each QR code is valid for a single redemption only.
- Offers may be subject to availability, blackout dates, or business-specific conditions.
- Businesses reserve the right to honour or deny an offer if it does not meet their stated terms.
4. Prizes
- Ukrainian Treasure Trident prize draws take place on October 1st, 2025.
- Winners will be selected randomly from verified redemptions.
- Winners will be contacted by email and/or phone. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, a new winner will be selected.
- To claim a prize, you must answer a skill-testing question.
5. Personal Information
- By claiming an offer, you agree to share your contact information with the business where you redeem it.
- Treasure Trove Toronto may also contact you with updates, reminders, or related offers.
- You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
6. Fair Use
- Any attempt to misuse the system, duplicate QR codes, or falsely redeem offers may result in removal from the program and disqualification from prizes.
7. Changes to the Program
- Treasure Trove Toronto reserves the right to change, pause, or cancel any part of the Cache Code program at any time.
- Offers and prizes may change month-to-month.
